By visiting sagdrones.com, placing an order, enrolling in our training programs, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
SAG Drone Technologies (Samatulana Antarjala Gathaka Private Limited) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
🚁 Products & Services
SAG Drone Technologies offers the following categories of products and services:
- DGCA-certified agricultural drones, components, batteries, transmitters, and accessories.
- Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) training programs and DGCA certification support.
- Agricultural drone spraying services and field mapping.
- Custom drone solutions including FPV builds, aerial filming, LED display drones, and event drones.
All drone products sold are subject to DGCA regulations. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations before operation.
Important: Operating drones without proper DGCA certification may be a violation of Indian aviation law. SAG Drone Technologies shall not be liable for any regulatory penalties arising from unauthorized drone operation by buyers.
🛒 Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and cash (for in-person transactions).
- We do not store card or banking credentials on our systems.
- Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email after successful payment verification.
📦 Delivery
We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery timelines.
- Tracking information will be shared once the order is shipped.
- SAG Drone Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

🎓 Training Programs
Enrollment in RPTO training programs is subject to the following conditions:
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or above and hold a Class 10 pass certificate or equivalent.
- Training fees must be paid in advance to confirm your slot. Slot bookings are subject to availability.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the training start date are eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
- SAG Drone Technologies reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a batch in case of insufficient enrolments, adverse weather, or other operational reasons. Registered candidates will be notified in advance.
- DGCA certification timelines are subject to regulatory scheduling and are not within our direct control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SAG Drone Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
- Damage to crops, property, or persons resulting from improper drone operation by buyers or trained pilots.
- Losses resulting from third-party courier delays, damage during transit, or force majeure events.
- Any regulatory penalties or fines imposed on buyers due to non-compliant drone operation.
Our liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.
🤝 User Conduct
By using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about our company or products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
